ABOUT ME
John Barfield
John Barfield began his career with the Knights of Columbus in 2016 after a 22 year career in
the United States Marine Corps. John is a yearly qualifier for the Million Dollar Round Table
(MDRT).
John and his wife, Cinthia, are parents to Alexa, Matthew, Elena, and Nicholas; who keep them
very active. John is involved in coaching his children in soccer and flag football. John is active
in social and fundraising activities in his parish community and throughout Brevard County, FL.
He volunteers for drives to assist with Special Olympics and various charities that the Knights of
Columbus are involved in. John is also the Chairman of the Brevard Laps for Life which raises
funds in support of the ultrasound initiative.
John Currently holds his certification as a Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) and Fraternal
Insurance Counselor Fellow (FICF). John received his Bachelors in Science degree in Business,
majoring in Management. John has extensive knowledge of the products the Knights of
Columbus offer to members and their families, and stands ready to help them achieve their
financial goals.
